Studio Policies

Hello

I’m so glad you’ll be joining me for a private Pilates session.

To ensure the best possible experience for you and all clients, please take a moment to read through the following studio information and policies.​​

No Gym Membership Required

All sessions are held privately - no studio membership or sign-up fees are required.

Simply book your 1:1 session or pass and you’re ready to begin.

Payment

Payment in full is required prior to all sessions.

Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received.

 

No refunds are available except in the case of medical circumstances, where a medical certificate may be requested.

Cancellation Policy

Your time is reserved especially for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.

 

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge

  • Between 24 -12 hours’ notice: 50% session fee applies (or 50% deducted from your pass)

  • Less than 12 hours’ notice or non-attendance: Full session fee applies

 

Cancellations can be made via text, phone call, or email.

Safety 

For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all sessions.

A towel and water bottle are recommended to keep you comfortable throughout your class.

A health waiver will be emailed before your first session. Please continue to update us on any changes to your health and wellbeing. 

Session Timing

Sessions begin exactly at the scheduled time.

Please arrive a few minutes early to prepare - there is limited overlap between appointments.

 

If you’re running late, please send a quick text or call to let me know.

If you are more than 20 minutes late, your session will be considered cancelled and charged in full.
